A fresh hand of Crazy Eights
Play this familiar shedding game against a computer on your own device. Five cards begin each hand. A matching rank or suit keeps the round moving; an eight lets you decide what comes next. Every card is an original, clean drawing with large suit marks, and every action works with a tap or keyboard.
The computer follows the same rules and does not see your hand. It usually saves its eights, plays larger point cards first, and chooses a suit it holds. That gives you a simple opponent to learn against while every shuffled deal offers a new choice.
Common questions
How do wild eights work?
An eight can be played on any top card. Choose one of the four suits. The next card must match that chosen suit or be another eight; matching the eight’s rank with a non-eight is not an option.
How many cards are dealt?
This table deals five cards to each player, following the basic Bicycle version. A starting eight is returned to the stock until a non-eight starts the discard pile.
What if I cannot play?
Draw from the stock until you can play. You can also choose to draw while holding a playable card. When the stock is empty and nothing fits, use Pass.
Does an eight skip or reverse?
No. This is classic Crazy Eights with wild eights only. There are no draw-two, skip, reverse or last-card penalties.
Can a blocked round end?
Yes. If both players pass with an empty stock, lower remaining card points wins. An eight counts 50, faces and tens count 10, aces 1, and other cards their rank.
